This website is operated by Projects House, a product development and engineering firm. We respect your privacy, and this page explains in plain language what information is collected, what it is used for, and the choices available to you.
Information you send us
When you reach out through the contact form or the quote request form, we receive the details you filled in: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to you and handle your inquiry. It reaches us through the email delivery provider that powers our forms and is stored in our internal inquiry log. We never sell or rent your details to any third party.
Cookies and measurement
The site may use cookies for measurement purposes:
- Google Analytics — usage measurement: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and similar statistics. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the contact forms. A security component, not used for advertising.
- YouTube videos — any videos on the site load in enhanced-privacy mode (youtube-nocookie), so no tracking cookies are set until you play a video.
If you prefer to browse without measurement cookies, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use private browsing — the site will keep working normally.
Data security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to inquiries received through the forms is limited to our team only.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. Depending on where you live, additional rights may be available to you under applicable privacy laws. For any privacy request or question, contact us at info@projects-house.com.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated from time to time, for example when a new measurement tool is added. The binding version is the one published on this page.
Questions about your project rather than your privacy? We would love to hear about your idea — send us a message through the contact form.
